Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nobake System Professional located in Barrackpur-II. The professional will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the nobake molding system. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, ensuring process optimization, troubleshooting equipment, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the production team to meet quality and efficiency standards. The role also involves implementing safety measures and maintaining compliance with operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining nobake molding systems and related machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience in quality control and conducting equipment inspections.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in nobake molding systems, is preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
