We are currently seeking a Medical Officer to become a part of our client's team at their clinics situated in Peenya, Kamanahalli, and Koramangala. As a Medical Officer, you will be required to meet the following eligibility criteria: - Hold an MBBS qualification from an Indian institute exclusively; individuals with qualifications from foreign institutes or FMGE pass-outs need not apply. - Possess at least 1 year of post-MBBS experience. - Demonstrate fluency in Kannada, as it is a mandatory requirement. - Reside within a 5-6 km radius of the clinic or be open to relocating. - Not be actively preparing for NEET this year; however, candidates pursuing USMLE/PLAB can be considered. - Female candidates are preferred for positions in Koramangala and Kamanahalli. The work schedule for this position involves working split shifts from Monday to Saturday, with morning hours from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and evening hours from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. In terms of compensation, the total CTC offered for this role is 9.6 LPA, which comprises a fixed amount of 7.2 L and a performance bonus of 2.4 L, paid quarterly.
