You will be joining Echelon Edge, a CMMI L3 organization, as a Presales Engineer based in Zirakpur on a full-time on-site basis. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical support, engaging in presales activities, supporting sales efforts, integrating solutions, and ensuring project security measures are adhered to. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in Presales, Technical Sales, or Solution Engineering. Additionally, you should have a strong background in Technical Support and Integration, Presales and Sales techniques, knowledge of security protocols, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and presentation skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in the information technology industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Desirable skills for this role include familiarity with RFP/RFI responses, expertise in proposal writing and demonstrations, a basic understanding of ITSM, ITOM, NMS/OSS, or Enterprise IT Solutions, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Documentation software.,
