Proven expertise in developing chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.ai tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or other scripting languages. Experience with API integrations, including RESTful APIs and third-party services. Strong understanding of dialogue flow design, intent recognition, and context management. Familiarity with Kore.ai Bot Builder tools such as Kore Workflow, NLU Modeler, and BotKit. Experience with UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive chatbot experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Kore.ai platform certification is a strong advantage. Knowledge of automation tools and RPA technologies is beneficial.
