You are invited to join Miratech as a Solution Architect, where you will play a key role in designing and implementing voice solutions on the Google Platform. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to best practices, scalability, and business requirements. As a Solution Architect at Miratech, you will be expected to: - Design comprehensive solutions tailored to enterprise environments and business objectives. - Advocate for and establish best practices, reusable design patterns, and architectural standards. - Develop detailed documentation encompassing integration specifications, business logic implementation, and architecture designs. - Identify necessary APIs, design middleware structures, and facilitate smooth communication between business stakeholders and development teams. - Collaborate closely with engineers to support the implementation of solutions and engage with external teams for project alignment and successful execution. - Fine-tune voice solutions for optimal performance using configuration and AI/ML-powered speech recognition systems. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - Over 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on voice-based solutions and cloud platforms. - Proficiency in Google Dialogflow CX and large language models, along with experience in secure backend integrations. - Deep understanding of IVR/bot systems, voice solution architecture, API development, authentication mechanisms, and data mapping. - Hands-on experience in call flow design and documentation using tools like Visio or Idraw.io. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have experience in Google CCAI, AI-driven speech processing, and conversational AI solutions, as well as a background in Agile development practices.
