NLP Data Science & GenAI - Analyst

Role Overview: As an Organizational Analytics (OA) Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture, your typical day involves developing and deploying data-driven solutions for people transformation efforts. You will work with global and local clients to understand their challenges, identify trends in complex data sets, define data-backed people strategies, co-create solutions, and contribute to practice-building efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their challenges and determine the best OA solution - Analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets to develop business solutions - Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs - Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans - Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth - Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of experience in people analytics and people management-related programs - Working knowledge of interpreting Natural Language Processing (NLP) based ML model results - Good to have NLP project exposure on any domain and knowledge of running python-based ML algorithms - Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies - Understanding of generative AI techniques such as variational autoencoders (VAEs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and autoregressive models - Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous - Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment Additional Information: You are a natural leader who easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
