I worked as an independent contractor for nlb services. I have not been paid for my approved invoice amount. It has been about 2 months now. All my emails that I send to multiple teams -operations, admin and HR team, are ignored. My project hours have been approved by the client but still nlb is not releasing my invoice amount.

I completed the project as per the agreed terms, but the company has failed to provide payment despite multiple follow-ups. Their lack of communication and disregard for the payment schedule has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend working with them unless you're prepared for potential financial issues.
