Job Title: Accountant Location: Delta 2 Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4–5 years (Real Estate Industry preferred) Gender Preference: Male Candidate Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in real estate accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update books of accounts (Tally/ERP or other accounting software). Handle accounts payable and receivable , vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements . Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax , and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain accurate records for real estate project accounting . Prepare MIS reports , budgets, and forecasts for management review. Handle documentation and financial records for land purchases, construction costs, and client payments. Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate-related financial norms. Assist management in financial decision-making and cost control. Requirements: Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in accounting within the real estate sector . Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or equivalent. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools . Good understanding of GST, TDS, RERA , and real estate accounting practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Salary: 35 k or plus as per experience ( negotiable ). Joining: Immediate / Within 15 days (preferred).
