We are seeking a mid-to-senior level programmer who can handle both WeChat Mini Program development and live ticketing execution support. The candidate should have strong programming and system operations experience, with a solid foundation in networking and cloud deployment. Work schedule is based on Philippine Standard Time (PST, UTC+8). The role requires both technical development and real-time operational support during scheduled ticket release events. Responsibilities Development 1. Design and implement WeChat Mini Program front-end (WXML/WXSS + JS/TS) and lightweight backend (Node.js / Python / Java). 2. Integrate with ticketing platforms using official/authorized APIs where available; if no API is provided, build auxiliary reminder or manual-support interfaces. 3. Implement error handling, retry logic, and safe rate control (no reverse engineering or bypassing of protections). 4. Deliver source code, deployment scripts, and bilingual technical documentation (Simplified Chinese + English). 5. Write basic test cases and provide a demo video recording (showing a complete test order flow in a safe test environment). Operations / Live Support 1. Be online during scheduled ticket release times (Philippine Standard Time, PST, UTC+8), maintaining instant communication (WeChat/Telegram/Zoom). 2. Use developed tools together with necessary manual operations to assist with ticket order placement, following client instructions. 3. After each event, submit a short review report (including number of attempts, reasons for failures, and improvement suggestions). Requirements 1. Familiarity with WeChat Mini Program development and WeChat Open Platform (WeChat API/OAuth) preferred. 2. Backend development and deployment experience, with ability to maintain cloud-based services. 3. Prior experience with booking/order systems or high-concurrency user interfaces is a plus. 4. Strong written English; ability to read Simplified Chinese is preferred (to better understand system interfaces and requirements). 5. Reliable and fast internet connection; must be available online at scheduled times in PST (UTC+8). 6. Must provide past projects/portfolio (Mini Programs or similar systems), be willing to sign an NDA, and complete a paid trial assignment. Compensation • Initial monthly salary: USD 500 1500, depending on skill level (suitable for entry to mid-level programmers). • For highly skilled candidates, future salary will be significantly increased, with no upper limit based on performance and contribution.
