Manage guest inquiries and bookings through Airbnb, Booking.com , and direct channels. Provide prompt and professional customer support before, during, and after stays. Coordinate guest check-in/check-out procedures for a smooth arrival experience. Handle building/community entry permissions (security gate passes, visitor registration, etc.). Record and update all guest details in the DET system in line with Dubai Tourism regulations. Liaise with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready. Address guest issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate communication logs, guest feedback, and booking details . Support administrative tasks related to operations, invoicing, and guest documentation . Prepare reports on bookings, guest feedback, occupancy, and other operational metrics. Preferred candidate profile Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com , or DET guest registration is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Fresh graduates or beginners are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask independently. Proficiency in English . Basic computer literacy ( Google Sheets, Excel, property management tools ).
