NEC ORGANISATION JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:HR Head Function / Location:NoidaReporting to:MDDepartment: Administration Job Responsibilities: *To Maintain security manpower and their register on regular basis. *Keep proper evaluation & selection process for Guard Services. *Represent Organization for security issues during Governments audits and inspection. *To Maintain the staff and workers movement record. *All vendors bills to be deposit within schedule time. *Civil work monitoring (if required) then resolve it on time. *Supervision on workers during exit time. *Vendor co-ordination regarding site related essential Goods & Services. *Daily plant rounds and find out the unsafe conditions if any and their improvement. *All register checking and updating on regular basis. *Maintain the discipline of the plant from Admin point of view. *Coordinating with others department to the job done. *Staff, Workers and Guest Food arrangements. *First Aid and inventory Management. *Staff and workers treatments in the Hospital in case of accidents, if any. *Any other work as & when required as per need and given by HOD. *Housekeeping Management. *Vendors Management. *Maintain Daily Manpower Report, Daily Progress Report. *To Maintain scrap details and check on weekly basis. *To check Fire Extinguishers on weekly basis if expire than refill on time. *To Check all vendors bills & handover to H.R. *To check Pantry and Housekeeping material on monthly basis. Qualification / Knowledge / Skills/Experience: Graduation/Post Graduation with more than 10 years experience in Administration (RETIRED FROM AIRFORCE, ARMY, NAVY WILL BE PREFFERED)SIGNATURE: JOB HOLDER: ISSUED ON:10.03.25
