Responsibilities : A contract/procurement engineer must possess a diverse set of skills and qualifications to manage complex projects efficiently. The responsibilities of Contracts/Procurement Engineer shall include, but are not limited to the following • RFQ (Request for Quotation)/Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) document for project • Ensure the Annexures are attached to RFQ/NIT • Identification of Bidders for Specific Project from Master Contractor List • Bid Evaluation/Preparation of Comparative Statement for Bids received • Managing Budgetary Quotations • General Conditions of Contract • Pre-Bid meetings with Bidders • Contractual Correspondences (pre bid and post award stage) • Contract Closure, Settlement of Disputes.
