Job Title: Accountant cum Payroll Executive (PF & ESIC) Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Management: Monthly salary preparation for all staff / contract manpower Leave, attendance, overtime, and deduction calculation Handling salary disbursement through bank transfer or cheque 2. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS): Timely generation and submission of EPF & ESIC challans Preparation and filing of monthly returns for PF & ESIC New employee registration and exit formalities on PF/ESIC portals Handling ECR filing, UAN activation, and KYC update 3. Accounting & Documentation: Data entry in Tally or accounting software Preparation of vouchers, bills, and expense records Maintain books of accounts and reconciliation with bank statements Maintain all payroll and statutory registers & records 4. Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audit related to payroll & compliance Assist in Labor Department, EPFO, or ESIC inspections 5. MIS & Reporting: Preparation of monthly salary statements and reports Generate reports for management on payroll cost, liabilities, etc. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, and labour laws Experience in payroll processing Familiar with government portals (PF, ESIC, Shram Suvidha) Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally) Good communication & coordination skills Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll & statutory compliance Salary: As per industry standards and experience
