Key Responsibilities: Studio Lounge Management: Take full responsibility for maintaining a premium experience in our client lounge. Hospitality & Beverage Service: Serve fresh coffee, tea, and refreshments to clients with professional presentation. Customer Experience: Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism, enhancing their overall in-store journey. Pantry Supervision: Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and stock levels in the pantry area. Training & Support: Train pantry staff to uphold service and hygiene standards. Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and support during consultations. Inventory & Compliance: Manage pantry inventory and ensure adherence to food safety norms. Qualifications:Education: Minimum 12th pass; hospitality or F&B certification preferred.
