Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.), body wraps, scrubs, and facials. Consult with guests to identify appropriate treatment based on their individual needs. Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, well-stocked, and hygienic condition. Ensure guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for throughout their spa experience. Provide professional advice on spa products and promote retail items as suitable. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all spa services and treatments offered. Comply with health and safety standards, including sanitation and sterilization procedures. Attend regular training and development sessions to maintain and improve service quality. Assist in setting up spa equipment and replenishing linens and supplies as needed. Keep accurate records of services provided and guest preferences.
