Position: Senior Program Coordinator Location: Jamnagar / Rajkot Salary: ₹30,000/month & negotiable as per skills & experience + travel allowance + project expenses Your Role: Join us as a dynamic Senior Program Coordinator and play a crucial role in advancing our mission! We're looking for a proactive leader to enhance our field-level liaison and monitoring efforts, ensuring the successful implementation of our projects. You'll be instrumental in building key relationships and guiding our teams across multiple districts: • Liaison with stakeholders(field level, facility level, govt officers etc.) for smooth implementation of projects. • You'll lead liaison efforts for multiple projects across various districts. • Develop plan and coordinate with field level teams to ensure smooth implementation of project.• Monitor, supervise and guide field level teams as per discussion with higher authority. • Regular preparation and submission of activity reports. • Ready to travel in multiple districts (8–12 days/month). Eligibility: • We highly value and promote strong work ethics. We look for individuals who bring hard work, commitment, and flexibility to this role. • A Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience is preferred. We also welcome applications from highly motivated candidates without a degree who are prepared to excel in this demanding role. • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder liaison and monitoring will be a significant advantage. • Demonstrated team leadership and project coordination skills will be preferred.
