The role demands both strategic planning and hands-on execution , ensuring that every campaign is tracked, optimised, and delivers measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Conversion Tracking & Analytics Implement & manage GA4 + Tag Manager to track form submissions, downloads, WhatsApp clicks, and phone calls. Lead-to-Admission Funnel Ensure ExtraaEdge CRM integration so every lead is tracked till final admission. Retargeting Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage non-converted visitors. Behavioural Insights Use Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity to analyse landing pages, find drop-off points, and improve conversions. Preferred candidate profile 36 years proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns .
