Recruitment & Onboarding: Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on internal and external job boards. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Onboarding Process: Prepare new hire documents, assist with the orientation process, and ensure smooth integration for new employees. Offer Letters & Contracts: Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and any related employment documents. 2. Employee Records Management: Database Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system (HRMS) or physical files as needed. Confidentiality: Ensure that all employee data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations. 3. Employee Engagement & Support: Employee Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries. Leave Management: Track employee leave records, process leave requests, and update the leave balance system. Employee Welfare: Assist in organizing employee welfare programs and events, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. 4. Payroll Support: Payroll Assistance: Support the HR Manager in preparing the payroll by providing necessary employee data (leave days, overtime, etc.). Attendance Tracking: Ensure that employee attendance is accurately tracked and that discrepancies are reported to the HR Manager for resolution. 5. Compliance & Documentation: Legal Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies. Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as contracts, employment policies, and disciplinary reports, ensuring they are up to date and legally compliant. 6. General Administrative Support: HR Reports: Prepare and maintain HR reports (e.g., attendance, performance, exit interviews) for HR Manager/Head. Scheduling: Assist in scheduling HR meetings, interviews, and other HR-related appointments. General Office Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, including filing, documentation, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
