Key Responsibilities & Requirements Manage bench sales operations and place available consultants with client organizations Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and consultants including MSAs and SOWs Negotiate competitive billing rates and consultant compensation packages Build and maintain strong relationships with preferred vendor partners and clients Conduct vendor performance evaluations and manage vendor scorecards Oversee consultant onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes Ensure adherence to employment laws, tax regulations, and industry standards Coordinate with client procurement teams and preferred supplier programs Manage contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and documentation Conduct market research and analysis to establish competitive pricing strategies Handle consultant relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate regular reporting metrics Facilitate business reviews and partnership meetings with key stakeholders Manage margin optimization while maintaining consultant and client satisfaction Coordinate with finance team on invoicing, payments, and revenue tracking Required Qualifications 3+ years HR experience in staffing/consulting industry with proven bench sales track record 3+ years contract management and commercial negotiation experience Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills Proficiency in HRIS systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office Suite Strong analytical skills for market research and financial analysis
