Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Sales Coordinator to manage procurement, vendor coordination, sales support, and customer communication for our copper wire & cable manufacturing unit. Based in Mumbai, this role will ensure smooth commercial operations by handling vendor and customer interactions primarily through calls and digital communication, while coordinating with our factories in Valsad/Silvassa. Key Responsibilities Coordinate raw material purchases (copper rods, tin, PVC/XLPE, consumables). Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and payment tracking. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain records of purchase orders, sales invoices, and communications. Assist with GST, E-Way bills, and logistics documentation. Generate weekly reports for management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely procurement of raw materials (zero downtime). On-time order fulfillment and dispatch coordination. Accurate record-keeping and reporting. Efficiency in payment follow-ups and collections. Vendor & customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Commerce/Business/Administration. 2–5 years’ experience in purchase, sales, or coordination (manufacturing/cable industry preferred). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati. Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP. Highly organized and proactive in follow-ups. Knowledge of copper/cable industry is a plus.
