Role & responsibilities Manage hospital operations during night shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Oversee emergency handling procedures and provide timely assistance to patients in critical situations. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure effective patient care services are maintained at all times. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns. Preferred candidate profile 7-10 years of experience in Hospital Management, preferably in an Hyderabad Strong knowledge of Emergency Handling protocols and Night Supervision practices. Excellent Supervisory skills with ability to lead teams effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
