This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our clients by optimizing billing processes, resolving issues, and improving collections performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in medical billing, excellent communication skills, excellent client co ordination skills and a deep understanding of the end-to-end RCM process. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients regarding all billing and revenue cycle matters. Monitor and manage the full revenue cycle process including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up. Regularly review client accounts to ensure optimal performance, accurate billing, and timely reimbursements. Analyze and interpret reports to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement in collections and RCM performance. Participate in regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and align on strategic goals. Work cross-functionally with billing, coding, and AR teams to ensure service quality. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements. Manage onboarding and training of new client accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Prepare and present client performance reports using KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and collection ratios. Stay updated on industry trends, payer changes, and regulatory updates impacting medical billing and RCM. Qualifications: Bachelors degree mandatory 10+ years of experience in RCM, medical billing, US healthcare industry is mandatory with Account manager experience. Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding as well as insurance guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) with END TO END RCM knowledge and experience is needed. Familiarity with EHR/EMR and medical billing software Familiarity in ONCOLOGY specialty will be given preference Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools for reporting and trend analysis.
