Night/Day Procurement Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our team. This role will involve handling end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing products on various online marketplaces, such as Amazon and Flipkart, to managing purchase orders and optimizing inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing products from various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), comparing prices across sources, and purchasing the most cost-effective options.

2. Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with company policies.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.

4. Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and prevent shortages or overstock situations.

5. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.

6. Generate and present regular reports (MIS) on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and inventory status to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
