Job Description

As a Technical Support Executive, your role involves receiving inbound calls from international customers and providing them with technical support by diagnosing their issues, suggesting annual service plans and software, and successfully closing sales to achieve targets. Your experience in outbound tech processes for more than 1 year will be valuable in effectively closing calls. The job offers a fixed salary deposited in your account on the 1st of every month along with attractive incentives, 100% attendance incentives, loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, lucrative incentives, and paid leaves including rotational offs. The shift timings are in the US/UK shifts.
