Network Administration: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points). Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime. Basic knowledge of firewall configuration and management. Email Configuration and Support: Configure and troubleshoot email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.). Manage email accounts and resolve email-related issues. Setup and maintain email servers. Server and Active Directory Support: Perform basic server administration tasks (Windows Server, Linux Server). Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Active Directory concepts and administration. Basic server maintenance and problem resolution. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. Train end-users on hardware and software usage. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, software licenses, and network configurations. Generate reports on system performance and troubleshooting activities.
