Manage the team of various designers such as Apparel, Accessories, Prints & graphics and 3D. Location- Gurgaon Mandatory / Major exposure in dealing Design for US Market across categories. UK / Germany experience would be good but US exposure is a must. Essential Duties & Responsibilities o Manage the creative process from concept to completion o Deliver presentations to buyers to market our product/designs o Analyze and conduct market research to create more effective designs o Pitching ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicating the project outline to the design team and vendors o Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' needs o Build relationships with buyers and achieve quality products, timely delivery and cost competitiveness o Provide guidance and leadership to a team of designers and creative professionals o Help a creative team overcome obstacles that arise within a project and offer solutions o Overseeing project budgets o Setting project deadlines o Perform trend forecasting o Collaborate with internal as well as corporate offices/teams o Collaborate with fabric teams to source new and innovative materials within specified timelines and price targets. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Design Educator to teach the Drawing Section for competitive exams like NATA, JEE Mains Paper 2B, NIFT, NID, and UCEED . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design, excellent artistic skills, and a flair for teaching aspiring students. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development : Design and update the drawing syllabus to align with the latest exam patterns and requirements. Live Classes : Conduct engaging and interactive drawing sessions focusing on freehand sketching, perspective drawing, design concepts, and creative visualization. Skill Enhancement : Guide students to improve their visualization, shading, and rendering techniques, ensuring concept clarity. Practice and Evaluation : Provide assignments, evaluate student work, and offer constructive feedback to enhance their creative skills. Mock Tests and Preparation : Conduct mock drawing tests replicating real exam scenarios and provide personalized tips for improvement. Resource Creation : Develop quality study materials, practice sheets, and tutorials tailored to each exam. Mentorship : Motivate and mentor students, helping them build confidence and refine their artistic and creative abilities. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background : Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture , or related fields (B.Des, B.Arch, M.F.A preferred). NID,NIFT,IIT (B Arch) pass outs will be preferable Experience : 2+ years of teaching experience in design entrance exam preparation or relevant fields. Expertise : Proficiency in freehand sketching, perspective drawing, and creative problem-solving. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to explain concepts effectively. Knowledge of Exams : In-depth understanding of NATA, JEE Mains Paper 2B, NIFT, NID, and UCEED drawing requirements. Preferred Skills Familiarity with CAD or BIM software is an added advantage. Experience working with online teaching platforms and digital tools. Ability to create engaging visual aids and resources for online and offline teaching.
