Our product portfolio includes Unsecured Business Loans, Working Capital Finance, Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Personal Loans, Doctor Loans, Insurance Solutions and many more. We serve businesses with established track records, offering funding from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹100+ Crores. We are growing fast and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and funding closures. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and connect with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers in need of debt funding. Client Consulting: Understand client requirements, financial health, and funding objectives to recommend suitable financing options. Relationship Management: Develop and nurture a network of clients, Chartered Accountants, wealth managers, and industry connectors. Coordination with Lenders: Work closely with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to manage the loan process — from proposal to disbursal. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on lending products, policies, and financial trends to guide clients effectively. Target Achievement: Own and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in funding volumes and closures. Who Should Apply: Experience: 2-4 years in sales/business development in financial services, NBFCs, or banking, particularly in business loans, SME lending, or unsecured loans. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related fields. MBA preferred. Skills Required: Strong understanding of lending processes and business funding solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Self-driven with a high-performance mindset.
