Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate (Full-Time) Location: Vrindavan / Work from Office Company: Nidhivan Property Linkers Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Real estate experience preferred) About Us Nidhivan Property Linkers is a fast-growing real estate channel partner in Vrindavan, dealing in premium townships, plots, and apartments like Lodha Vrindavan, Braj bhumi , and more. We focus on delivering the best investment and residential opportunities to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities Call potential leads from database, WhatsApp, ads, and CRM Explain project features, location benefits, pricing, and current offers Follow up with interested clients regularly until site visit or closure Schedule and confirm site visits with sales team Maintain lead tracking in Google Sheets or CRM Handle basic client objections and pass hot leads to closers Share project videos, brochures, and WhatsApp messages as required Report daily call performance to manager Key Requirements Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a bonus) Confident, polite, and persuasive tone Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling apps, and Google Sheets Familiarity with real estate projects is a big advantage Must be disciplined with follow-ups and reporting Minimum 10+2 education Work Hours 10 AM to 6 PM 6 Days a Week Office Location: Nidhivan Property Linkers, vrindavan Road, opp. to Radha Damodar Dham, Chhatikara, Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh 281121 Incentives Commission on successful closures Monthly performance rewards How to Apply Send your resume or contact us on WhatsApp: +91 9258045193 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
