RECEPTIONST CUM PATIENT COORDINATOR · Basics: Understanding of different diagnostic modalities, knowing routine charges, understanding of work systems and patient flow. · Appointments: Receiving tele-calls, messages from patients and scheduling their appointments, explaining precautions to observe before scan. · Walk-in Patients: Receiving them with smile, answering their queries, knowing their diagnostic needs, scheduling them for tests. · Payments: Receiving correct payments towards tests prescribed, extending concessions with pre-approvals from concerned authorities. · Managing patient flow: Recording entry time of patient, Lining up patients for respective tests, ensuring their minimum waiting period for the tests, following up for reports in case of urgency or long distance patients and recording their exit time. · Reports dispatch: Handing over complete reports in time as committed to patients against the payment receipt. - To generate/ update the total Doctor's list from the assigned territory. - To promote aggressively Diagnostic Centre's different modalities to doctors as per their specialties or as directed by the management. - To resolve doctor's concerns, queries by coordinating with respective centres. - To help patients referred by doctors for their appointments, resolve queries, concerns by coordinating with Centre and ref Doctors. - To analyze sales generated on weekly/ monthly basis and take corrective actions to improve the sales.
