Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and driving customer engagement to support business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings. Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and landing pages. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Implement lead generation strategies via digital campaigns, webinars, and other online channels. Identify new market opportunities and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Maintain CRM data, track leads, and provide regular performance reports. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Canva, etc. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
