Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to newborns, including monitoring, medication administration, and treatments
- Assess and respond to infant needs, including emergencies
- Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams on patient care plans
- Support families with education, emotional care, and counseling
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Participate in NICU committees and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
- BSc Nursing or DGNM
- NICU experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
