You are interested in hiring an individual to assist with some of your largest campaigns, focusing on mobilizing people to take action with your clients, particularly in the realm of digital fundraising. The perfect candidate will possess significant experience with the necessary tools, a familiarity with small-dollar fundraising initiatives, and some background in working on a political campaign, at an organization, or a firm within a digital operation. Success in this role requires a comprehensive understanding and the capability to execute tasks at each stage of a successful online, small-dollar fundraising operation. Your responsibilities will include coding emails and developing corresponding signup forms and donation pages, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation in all emails, analyzing test results to deliver the best performing segment to the broader list, suggesting ideas for testing and optimizing email and SMS programs, managing broadcast SMS production, conducting quality assurance for SMS and emails, occasional content creation for email, SMS, and social media, generating reports for clients, participating in client-facing calls and strategy meetings, and being available to work nights and weekends. Additionally, you may be required to perform other duties as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should have at least one cycle of experience as part of a digital team on a political campaign, at a political organization, or a political firm. Proficiency with CRMs like ActionKit, NGP, or Action Network and familiarity with ActBlue are essential. Knowledge of A/B testing and result measurement is required, while familiarity with broadcast or peer-to-peer or texting tools would be advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in HTML is crucial, along with some experience in CSS. Excel and Photoshop skills are beneficial but not obligatory. You should have a keen interest in learning the intricacies of managing a comprehensive digital engagement program and be open to exploring innovative approaches. The offered salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 100 percent employer-paid health, dental, and vision plans, supplemental mental health care coverage, a 401K plan with up to 5% matching, a minimum of 15 flexible paid time off days annually (excluding holidays), an open leave policy for illness or childcare needs, a minimum of 12 weeks paid parental leave, and a public transportation allowance.
