Company Description Tamana, a non-profit voluntary organisation established in 1984, provides rehabilitative services for the mentally challenged, multiply disabled, and those on the autism spectrum. Recognized for its contributions in the field of disabilities, Tamana was granted Special Consultative Status by the United Nations Economic and Social Council in 2005. The organization operates three centers in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, offering specialized education and vocational training to over 200 differently-abled students, primarily from economically weaker sections. Tamana aims to help students become inclusive and integrated members of society through individualized educational programs, supported by a team of special educators, therapists, vocational trainers, and specialists. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist located in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and tests, providing therapeutic interventions and counseling to children and young adults with autism, ADHD, multple disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include paychological assessments, developing and implementing individualized behaviour management and interventional plans, conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions, parental Counselling, workshops for professionals and collaborating with educators and other specialists to support students' mental health and overall well-being. *Qualifications*: Post graduate degree in Clinical Psychology/ rehabilitation Psychology or related field from a recognised university. Experience with Psychological Testing and Mental Health interventions Ability to provide Clinical Supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in behaviour management and interventions. Certification in ABA preferrable Previous experience working with differently-abled individuals especially individuals with autism is mandatory in a clinical or special school setting.
