Role Summary Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Key Responsibilities . In-depth knowledge on mobile networks especially with 5G Policy Control Function (PCF) and related SBI interfaces (N7, N5, N15, N24) . In-depth knowledge on mobile networks especially 4G Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) and the related interfaces ( Gx/Gxc/Sy/Rx/Sh ,Sp ) . Sound understanding of Policy Control and Charging (PCC) architecture and Traffic Detection Function (TDF) is a must . In-depth knowledge of IMS/ VoLTE / VoWifi Technologies . Sound knowledge of Diameter and Radius protocol . Good understanding of AMF ,SMF ,UPF , PCEF, PGW and GGSN is desirable . Possess sound understanding of essential elements of Systems engineering including how to convey requirements to development and QA teams . Familiarity with NFV standards and ecosystem is an added advantage . Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills . Outstanding verbal and written communication skills . Excellent presentation skills for a variety of audiences including executives, partners, and customers. . Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts. Job Requirements .
