The Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal application performance through comprehensive analysis and validation processes. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of performance validation and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) processes with no travel required. Responsibilities - Conduct thorough performance analysis using Dynatrace to identify bottlenecks and optimize application efficiency. - Implement performance validation strategies to ensure applications meet required standards and benchmarks. - Utilize NFT processes to systematically test and validate application performance under various conditions. - Leverage NeoLoad for load testing to simulate real-world usage scenarios and assess application resilience. - Apply Jmeter for performance testing to evaluate application behavior under stress and load conditions. - Use Loadrunner to conduct comprehensive performance tests and analyze results for actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle. - Provide detailed reports on performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance application performance. - Monitor application performance continuously and proactively address potential issues before they impact users. - Develop and maintain documentation for performance testing processes and results to ensure transparency and accountability. - Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies to ensure cutting-edge practices. - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. - Ensure all performance testing activities align with company objectives and contribute to overall business success. Qualifications - Demonstrate proficiency in using Dynatrace for performance analysis and optimization. - Exhibit strong experience in performance validation and NFT processes to ensure application reliability. - Possess expertise in NeoLoad for conducting load tests and evaluating application performance. - Show capability in using Jmeter for stress testing and performance evaluation. - Have substantial experience with Loadrunner for comprehensive performance testing. - Maintain excellent communication skills to convey complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. - Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance issues before they impact users.,
