Position Summary: The Supervisor NFP Audit will lead and coordinate audit assignments focused on Not-For-Profit organizations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal controls. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills to manage audit teams and liaise with clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and execute audit engagements for Not-For-Profit organizations in accordance with relevant auditing standards (ISA, GAAP, IFRS, or local standards). Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements. Lead audit teams, review audit workpapers, and ensure quality and accuracy of audit deliverables. Identify audit risks, recommend improvements, and assist clients in strengthening financial governance and controls. Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders. Mentor and train junior audit staff, fostering their professional development. Ensure timely completion of audit assignments within budget and scope. Maintain updated knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to NFP organizations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA). Minimum 3-5 years of audit experience, with a focus on Not-For-Profit organizations. Strong understanding of NFP financial reporting frameworks and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in audit software and MS Office suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
