As the Network Infrastructure Architect, your primary responsibility will be leading the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade network infrastructure. This includes LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center technologies. You will provide architecture-level guidance on new deployments, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring alignment between networking and business objectives. Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues will be a key part of your role, requiring detailed root cause analysis. Your expertise in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPNs, QoS, and high availability designs will be crucial in this position. Managing and securing network hardware, specifically Cisco routers, switches, ASA/Firepower firewalls, WLCs, and Nexus series will also be within your scope. Collaborating with IT security, DevOps, and application teams to maintain network security principles and standards will be essential. Creating and maintaining detailed network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards are expected. You will lead network audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments in line with organizational and regulatory requirements. Additionally, mentoring and guiding junior engineers while providing training on advanced networking concepts will be part of your responsibilities. Required qualifications include an active CCIE Certification in Enterprise Infrastructure, Routing & Switching, Security, or Data Center, along with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in designing and managing large-scale networks. Deep expertise in Cisco hardware and software platforms, network security principles, and proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools are necessary. Preferred skills include familiarity with ITIL practices, change management processes, automation and scripting tools such as Python, Ansible, Netmiko, and strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction. Experience in project management or cross-team collaboration is a plus. Education requirements for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,
