Job Title: Customer Success Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site Compensation: Paid Role Overview We are looking for a relationship-driven and proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our clients achieve ongoing success with our products and services. As a CSM, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal — while maximizing value and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their strategic advisor Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure successful implementation Monitor customer health scores, product usage, and engagement trends Identify and mitigate risks, while proactively addressing concerns Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to relay feedback and resolve issues Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities Advocate for the customer internally to improve product features and service delivery Provide regular check-ins, performance reviews, and tailored recommendations Track success metrics and provide insights through reporting and dashboards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) Comfortable analyzing customer data to inform decision-making Highly organized, empathetic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or subscription-based services
