What We Want You To Do Perform NGS sequencing library preparation(Twist, Illumina) , including DNA/RNA extraction. Operate and maintain NGS sequencing platforms (e.g., MiSeq, NextSeq, HiSeq, NovaSeq, MGI, Nanopore). Conduct quality control checks on DNA/RNA samples and sequencing libraries using techniques such as qPCR, Bioanalyzer, and Tapestation.
