Role Overview: You will be working as a Nexthink Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Wipro Limited, focusing on enhancing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by challenging conventional practices and staying at the forefront of digital user experience. Your role will involve designing and implementing data and problem hunting architectures, validating Nexthink Experience features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving proactive issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement data and problem hunting architecture to enhance digital user experience. - Deliver and validate Nexthink Experience features. - Enhance team architecture, design, and development best practices. - Actively participate in technology roadmap planning and leverage insights from various DEX data sources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze DEX data and identify patterns for proactive issue resolution. - Engage with product, engineering, and automation teams to drive better outcomes for customers. - Stay updated on emerging technologies like generative AI for improved data outcomes. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in driving DEX outcomes, preferably with Nexthink. - Strong understanding of Enterprise IT, End User Services, PC, Mac, and Application workloads. - Proficiency in UI/UX development or feedback cycle. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Gathering Processes. - Motivated by complex challenges and keen on learning new technologies. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset. - Experience in technical conference speaking is advantageous. - Proficiency in spoken and written English.
