The selected candidates will be trained in Campus Recruitment, Assessments, Testing, and Support Services , with opportunities to drive market penetration and nurture key accounts. Key Responsibilities : Business Development : Promote company services (Campus Recruitment, Assessments, Training) to Engineering, Polytechnic, MBA, MCA, and other institutes . Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong networks with key accounts (institutes/universities). Campus Recruitment Coordination: I dentify opportunities, and strategize for maximum market penetration. Campus Recruitment Coordination : Plan and execute campus events with PMS/CBD teams, ensuring smooth operations. Payment Follow-ups & Collections : Manage financial transactions with client institutes. Service Innovation : Provide feedback to enhance existing offerings and explore new service categories. Event Management : Oversee end-to-end campus recruitment drives and assessment/training coordination. Desired Skills & Qualifications : Education : Graduation/Post-Graduation from an AICTE-recognized institute . Experience : 5+ years in Business Development, Client Servicing, or University Relations. Communication : Fluent in English (written/spoken) & Telegu & Hindi (spoken); strong presentation skills. Personality : Self-driven, proactive, and a team player with a passion for long-term career growth in recruitment . Travel Readiness : Willing to across designated territories. Territory Coverage : Primary : Andhra Pradesh. Secondary : Telangana (Later on based on business requirements, if required). Perks & Benefits : Salary : Negotiable (based on experience and fit).
