We are hiring for Recruitment Services (Campus and Lateral domain) in the role of Corporate Business Development, CRM & Client Servicing. Brief profile: The candidate will be hired in the role of Corporate Relationship Management, Corporate Business Development (Service Promotion), Client Servicing at our Kolkata, HQ. The candidates will be inducted into the Recruitment Industry, thoroughly trained in Corporate Business Development with Pan-India client list. Job Type: Full time, permanent position. The job will involve: Client Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, Business Development with Corporate, Client Networking & Nurturing Relationship with Key Accounts (Key Account Management), Market research & analysis of target area in terms of overall market penetration, competition mapping, Overall Client Servicing & Delivery Management + Continuous Quality Improvement & Monitoring. The job role will give you an opportunity to learn the details of both campus and lateral recruitment industry and work with all levels of companies across India. Desired Skills: Candidates interested in the above job profile MUST have positive attitude, excellent communication skills (both spoken & written), good presentation skills & moreover should be willing to pursue their career in Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Corporate Business Development (CBD). To be successful in this role, you should have strong engagement & relation building skills. You must be independent, self-driven and a good team-player who can be hands on as required. During the internship/training period, first 3 months, a fixed stipend per month will be provided. Subject to your performance review at the end of internship period, you will be offered permanent position of Officer (Grade I) in our organization with revised salary.
