The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads and projects in construction, infrastructure, and geotechnical sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, government bodies, and key decision-makers. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and client requirements. Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions. Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to promote company capabilities. Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations. Maintain CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and conversion rates. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Business Administration or related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory). Desired Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or technical sales in the construction/infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of geotechnical solutions and project lifecycles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions. Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
