Job Title: Circuit Design & Development Engineer Location: Bengaluru Role The Application CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) Design Engineer will focus on developing IPC-compliant CCAs that meet customer-specific packaging and performance requirements. The role includes coordinating stress analysis, thermal simulations, and using DFMEA/DFSS processes to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic components and assemblies. Use DFMEA and DFSS processes to ensure quality at both component and system levels. Perform ECU failure analysis to identify root causes and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Core Responsibilities Support system-level integration of CCAs into overall product architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement activities and aligning design with system requirements. Ensure component and system testing aligns with quality and performance metrics. Communicate technical issues and project status across teams. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Experience 10+ years of experience in CCA or related component design and manufacturing processes. Experience with powerpack design and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with thermal and mechanical stress analysis techniques. Strong knowledge of DFMEA and DFSS methodologies. Required Skills Problem-solving skills, particularly with Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical abilities to handle complex and unusual problems.
