Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, and deadlines. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally and effectively. Collect and manage customer information for outreach and reporting. Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to generate leads and optimize sales strategies. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles). Proven experience or strong interest in sales, client service, or related fields. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Results-driven attitude, with motivation to overcome challenges and objections. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel across the assigned territory or area as per job requirements. Skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
