Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Telecaller Executive cum Virtual Assistant. This dual role involves handling outbound calls while managing various administrative and virtual assistance tasks. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers following company scripts and guidelines Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendar events Handle email correspondence and maintain inbox organization Provide customer support and address inquiries professionally Maintain and update customer databases and records Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports Assist with basic data entry and documentation tasks Coordinate with team members and departments as needed Generate leads and follow up with potential clients Provide regular status updates and reports on tasks and calls Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred) Excellent command over English language (written and verbal) Proficiency in regional languages is a plus Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite Experience with CRM software and virtual communication tools Skills Required: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in using digital tools and software Good typing speed and accuracy Self-motivated with ability to work independently Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service Previous experience as a virtual assistant is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹8,871.71 - ₹15,902.95 per month Benefits: Work from home Application Question(s): Are you fluent in ENGLISH?
