Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote Nexora Academy’s courses and services. - Convince and counsel students to enroll in suitable programs based on their interests and career goals. - Follow up on leads and maintain a structured calling pipeline. - Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, follow-ups, and conversions. - Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools. - Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, fees, and academic support. Key Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling/business development role in the edutech sector (mandatory). - Strong convincing skills and the ability to close deals over the phone. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. - Proficient in telecalling etiquette and sales techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
