Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Draft high-quality, customized proposals tailored to client requirements. Analyze client needs and collaborate with the technical team to prepare project scopes. Maintain client communication during the pre-sales stage and assist in negotiations. Track and report bidding performance, conversion ratios, and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Upwork Bidder for IT projects. Strong understanding of IT services such as: Web & Mobile App Development AI/ML & Cloud Computing Cybersecurity AR/VR & 3D Solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
