About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our IT solutions team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for software products and IT services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT/software market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored IT/software solutions. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals. Collaborate with the technical and support team to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT/software sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of IT products, ERP, software solutions, or related services.
