Debt Raising Professional : Renewable Energy ! Minimum 1 year relevant experience is essential, unless you are a trainee. Responsibilities : - Responsible for Fund Raising, Debt Management, Debt Servicing, Working Capital, and day-to-day banking interface for all activities involved - Monitoring financial covenants, ratings, IRRs and valuations - Pitch decks including PIM, IM , Presentations, Business Plans & Financial Models for our various clients - Provide technical and other support for Equity, M&A and other projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills : - CA/MBA with 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in project finance with some experience in renewable energy industry - professionally qualified, with excellent command over English language besides Drafting and Presentation skills. - well trained Financial Modelling experts with Advanced Excel skills. - Knowledge of Banking products: Working capital facilities, Bank guarantees, LCs, SBLCs - Understand loan documents in detail and hands-on with key clauses which are typical of project finance documents.
